founded by miela foster, foster the studio is a research-based art practice that studies how human systems — social, cultural, and perceptual, are formed and reshaped. a practice in pattern-making and pattern-finding, it uses art as a tool to reveal invisible systems, uncovering the structures that shape human experience, and prototyping new ways of understanding ourselves and others.
through exhibitions, salons, collaborative projects, and art & design interventions, the studio creates a dynamic network for inquiry, participation, and reflection, treating each project as a living experiment in how we connect, perceive, and imagine expansive futures.
