founded by miela foster, foster the studio is a research-based practice that studies the architecture of human systems — social, cultural, emotional and perceptual. a practice in pattern-finding & pattern-making, we use art as a tool to reveal invisible systems, uncovering the structures that shape human experience, and prototyping new ways of understanding ourselves and others.
through exhibitions, salons, collaborative projects, and art & design interventions, the studio creates a dynamic network for inquiry, participation, and reflection, treating each project as a living experiment in how we connect, perceive, relate and imagine expansive futures.
